Privacy policy
Personal Trainer was built to need as little data as possible. This page explains what stays on your phone, what goes to the server, and how to delete it.
The camera
Images are analyzed on the device itself to recognize your joints, and they are discarded immediately. No image or video is recorded or sent anywhere.
On your phone
Your profile (name, height, goal, level, days, and time), workouts, weight, measurements, and how you said you felt each day are stored on the device.
On the server, only if you use it
- Account: email, nickname, avatar, and your password, stored in a way that can’t be reversed.
- Cloud backup: the same data as on your phone, so you can recover it on another device. Weight and measurements are health data: they only go to the cloud if you create an account.
- Friends: your friends can see your nickname, avatar, weekly points, streak, level, and the date of your last workout. They never see your weight or workout details.
- Ranking: if you take part, your nickname, points, and weekly commitment for the last 12 weeks.
- Rooms and duels: nickname, avatar, and scoreboard, kept in memory only for a few hours.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell data, we don’t show ads, and we don’t use your data for anything other than making the app work.
How to delete it
In the app, go to More → My account → Delete my account, and everything on the server is deleted immediately. Uninstalling the app deletes what’s on your phone.
Health
The app guides your exercises, but it doesn’t replace a health professional. Talk to a doctor before you start, especially if you have pain, an illness, or are pregnant.
Contact
To exercise your rights under Brazil’s LGPD, as well as any equivalent data-protection rights that apply where you live, use the support email listed on the app’s store page.
