Nobody checks
How low did you really go? Is your knee in the right spot? With no one watching, half your reps are half reps.
Your home gym · R$ 69 a month
Prop up your phone, stand on your mark, and train. The camera sees your body, counts your reps, and tells you right away: “that one didn’t count, go lower”. Your workouts level up as you do, your weight turns into a trend line, your trainer checks in from the morning on, and you can go head-to-head with friends, each from your own home.
“That’s it! Keep going.”
How low did you really go? Is your knee in the right spot? With no one watching, half your reps are half reps.
The day fills up, something else comes along, and your workout becomes “I’ll do it tomorrow.” Every single week.
Random videos online, each doing it differently, with no plan, no progression, and no idea if it’s right for you.
Personal Trainer fixes all three. On your phone, in your living room.
Your goal, your level, your days and your time. The app builds your workouts and the order of your exercises.
Every exercise comes with an animated demo, the muscles it works, step-by-step instructions, and the most common mistakes.
Phone still, you on your mark, always at the same distance. With your height, the app measures your movement in centimeters.
The camera tracks every rep, the voice counts along with you and tells you when you didn’t go deep enough. A workout only ends when it’s actually done.
During your workout
You’re across the room from your phone, in the middle of an exercise. So it talks. It counts your reps out loud, calls the halfway point, pushes you through the last ones, and corrects you on the spot when a rep falls short, telling you by how much.
“Six.”
“That one didn’t count! Go lower, you were about 8 centimeters short.”
“Seven. Yes, now that’s it!”
“Eight. Nice!”
“Ten. Two more!”
“Eleven. Last one!”
“Set complete. Rest for 40 seconds.”
Areas to improve
Short pause at the bottom: 0.4 s on average, the ideal is 1 s.
Heel lifting off the floor in 3 of 12 reps.
Illustrative example of the report. What the camera measures
The camera tracks your head, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, ankles, and feet. From that, the app measures what a personal trainer measures by eye, only with a stopwatch and a ruler:
Progress
Every rep is saved: how low you went, the angle at the bottom, the time down, paused, and up. That’s why the app shows your real progress, exercise by exercise, from day one until today.
Improvements
Heel lifting off the floor (since 10/06)
Torso leaning forward · fixed on 10/15

Hit your target with good form? Next time it goes up. Too heavy? It goes down. You never get stuck on the same workout.
It sees what happened over the past few days: celebrates your streak, gets you back on track after a missed day with zero guilt, and reminds you why you started.
Tell it how you feel: full of energy, normal, tired, or short on time. Your trainer adjusts the workout so the day doesn’t go to waste.
Log your weight and waist. You see the trend without the day-to-day ups and downs, your weekly pace, and a forecast of when you’ll reach your goal.
New missions every week, badges, and a personal record for each exercise. Everything comes from what you did: nothing is for sale.
With an account, your workouts and weight are stored in the cloud and move with you to a new phone. Camera images stay on your device only.
Four phases for your goal, from "wake up the body" to "a new pace of life". Missed a week? The path waits for you.
Bronze, silver or gold for your commitment. The app shows if you are on track and how far you are from the next trophy.
Today's workout, your week and your weight curve become a good-looking card for WhatsApp and Instagram. And you can follow it all on the web too.
On workout days
The night before, it already tells you to set out your clothes. On the day, it starts early: it gets your head in the game in the morning, reminds you to go easy at lunch, brings back the reason you started, and as the time gets closer, it checks in more and more often: 3 hours, 1 hour, 30, 15, 5 minutes before. Past the time? It calls you out. In the middle of the night, never.
Already worked out? That day’s reminders stop right away.
Nutrition
You check what you usually have at home: rice, beans, chicken, eggs, bread, bananas. The app calculates your daily target from your weight, height, age and goal, and builds every meal in kitchen measures.
No scale and no special food: “4 heaping tablespoons of rice, 1 ladle of beans, 1 medium chicken fillet”, with a plate drawing showing how much room each food takes. The menu changes every day and you check off what you followed.
General guidance, with values from the Brazilian TACO food table. It does not replace a dietitian during pregnancy, diabetes, kidney disease or other conditions.
Sample lunch
Recognizes your body’s joints and measures the angle of your knee, elbow, and hip at every instant.
Squats, push-ups, biceps curls, triceps, crunches, jumping jacks: it counts them. Planks and wall sits: it times them.
With your height and the mark on the floor, the app knows how far you went down and how much more you needed for the rep to count.
The complete playlist: an animated figure showing the movement, the muscle worked, the step-by-step, and the mistakes to avoid.
From the morning on, getting closer to your workout time, with different messages every day. You won’t forget.
Every workout is logged with its reps, range of motion, and the “camera verified” badge.
Commitment ranking
Every week you earn points for sticking to your plan: how much of what was scheduled you did, how well the camera saw you do it, and how many days a week you committed to.
Training 2 days at 100% is worth 200 points. Training 7 days at 90% is worth 630. A short rep doesn’t count, a workout without the camera is worth half, and a skipped day is worth zero. The camera keeps score.

Train together
Invite a friend with a code, join the group for your time slot, or let the app find you a partner right now. Everyone plays on their own phone, with the same exercise and the same count: each person’s camera checks who got it right, and the scoreboard shows up live for everyone.
Run in place and your character runs down the track. Hop the low hurdle, squat under the high bar. Every meter and every obstacle earns points.
Challenge someone to 1 minute of squats, push-ups, jumping jacks, high knees, or balance. The camera judges on up to 7 criteria: reps, range of motion, depth, consistency, technique, endurance, and score. The result becomes a card you can send to the group chat.
“Alive!” means stand up, “Dead!” means squat. Sometimes the command repeats to catch anyone fidgeting. Whoever reacts fastest scores more.
Right arm, left leg, both arms. The camera knows which side went up, and your time to react keeps shrinking.
“Move!” and everybody moves. “Statue!” and everybody freezes. Anyone who moves loses their points.
First to 20 valid squats wins. Half reps don’t count: the camera won’t let them slide.
Everybody on the same side: every valid rep from every person adds up so you hit the goal together before time runs out.
Nobody to train with? One tap and the app matches you with someone looking right now, or with the group for your time slot.
Add them with a code, see who trained today and everyone’s streak, and challenge them directly.
Fast-paced workouts that get your heart pumping and burn energy.
Strong sets with full range of motion, for legs and arms.
Controlled movements to loosen your body and protect your spine.
A simple, safe first step to build the habit.
Three levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced), workouts that rotate through the week, and 50 exercises, variations, and stretches, all verified by the camera.
Movement analysis happens inside your phone. No image is recorded, stored, or sent over the internet. If you create an account, only your workout numbers go to the cloud, and you can delete everything whenever you want. Privacy policy.
Store
None of it is required: you can train with just a chair, the floor and a wall. But if you want more comfort and more load, the app store has it.
1.10 m, 1.60 m and 2.10 m, plus a desk stand: the camera at the right height to see your whole body.
Mat, resistance bands, jump rope, adjustable dumbbells and a water bottle with time markers.
Whey protein and creatine, for anyone who wants to top up daily protein and gain strength.
You order in the app; shipping and payment are confirmed on WhatsApp.

Camera, correction, and analysis in every workout.
Accepting a challenge is always free: anyone you invite to a duel plays without paying.
No. The workouts use your body weight, a chair, the wall, and the floor. For biceps and triceps, two water bottles stand in for dumbbells.
The app recognizes your body’s joints (shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, ankles) and measures the angles at every instant. A rep only counts when it leaves the starting position, reaches the exercise’s range of motion, and comes back. With your height and you always standing on the same mark, it also calculates how far you went down in centimeters.
For people who want to train at home with body weight and simple objects, it takes the role of the coach: plan, correction, progression, accountability, and company. If you’re looking to lift heavy, you’ll still need equipment. If you have an injury or a health condition, talk to a professional first.
No app can promise that: results also depend on nutrition, sleep, and consistency. What Personal Trainer does is keep you training the right way and show you your weight curve, with a calorie estimate for each workout.
Standing upright and still, about 6 to 10 feet (2 to 3 meters) from you, at waist height: on a chair, shelf, or tripod. Mark the floor where you stand and always use the same spot. Each exercise tells you whether to face the camera sideways or head-on.
Yes. The “Get off the couch” plan and the beginner level start with simple, safe exercises, like chair sit-to-stands and push-ups with your hands on a chair.
You can. Add friends with a code and challenge them directly, create a room and share the 4-letter code, join the group for your time slot, or let the app find you a partner. Everyone gets the same commands at the same time, each person’s camera checks their form, and the scoreboard shows up for everyone. There are competitive games, and games where the whole team pools its effort.
For now the app is Android-only, on phones with a camera. Lighting from in front of you and clothes that contrast with the wall help the camera.
No. Images are analyzed on the spot, on the device itself, and discarded. No image is recorded or sent anywhere.
Yes. It calculates your daily calorie, protein and water target and, on Complete, builds a menu from the foods you chose, in household measures (spoons, ladles, slices) with a plate drawing. It is general guidance: anyone with a health condition should follow their dietitian.
No. The store is optional: tripods, accessories and supplements for anyone who wants them. The app works with the phone propped on a chair or shelf.
